The Royal House considers that the island of Corsica as an indigenous people and its own language in addition to French is by definition in law according to the resolution adopted by the General Assembly
of September 13, 2007 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as well as the legal treatment which provides for the absolute right of the Kingdom of Corsica.
